How can I tell how much data I'm using?

Make sure you're running our latest Connection Manager software as provided by the Dongle Manufacturer/Network.


Pay Monthly

Windows users, you'll see your data usage above the View Usage button in Connection Manager. Click the 'View Usage' button to see details of your data bundle or change your settings.

If you're using Windows or a Mac, you can also check how much data you've used online.

Pay & Go

You'll automatically go to the mobile broadband access website after you've installed the Connection Manager to Top-up your Dongle.



Is the coverage in my area suitable for me?

Most Networks have 98+% Coverage of the UK Population, however we suggest you check with the approriate network website to ensure your location if fully covered.


Can I use my USB modem in other laptops?

Yes you can. However, you'll need to install Connection Manager on the other laptop before you use it.

Also, your data allowance remains the same, so whichever laptop you use with your USB modem it will count towards your allowance.
